KBR Awarded Gold in UK Defence Employer Recognition Scheme
KBR is pleased to announce that it has earned the Gold Award as part of the 2024 UK Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, once again affirming its steadfast commitment to supporting military reservist and veteran employees and their spouses in the UK.
This latest award builds on KBR’s strong support of the UK Armed Forces Covenant since 2014, having maintained gold status since 2019, and the recent announcement of KBR becoming a 2025 Military Friendly® Employers gold status designation in the U.S. Frazer-Nash Consultancy, a KBR Company, has also achieved gold in the employer recognition scheme in the UK.

In the UK, KBR now employs over 280 reservists, veterans or military spouse/partners. The company also has several initiatives to support our military-connected employees, including the Armed Forces Community employee resource group which brings together veterans, reservists, spouses and supporters across KBR.
