KBR is committed to promoting company excellence through community service.

Employee volunteer projects and local community outreach programs supported by KBR usually involve a small number of volunteers, but collectively their efforts add up to thousands of hours of KBR employee service benefitting people and organizations worldwide. The spirit of giving back is evident in Saudi Arabia where the local chapter of KBR's young professional group, IMPACT, recently donated 20,000 SAR ($5,300 US) to Mudhar Charity, a local social services organization.

Mudhar Charity is well known throughout Saudi Arabia for providing basic services to care for the underprivileged and indigent. A number of local KBR employees and IMPACT members helped make this donation possible by participating in fundraising efforts and health awareness campaigns .Ahmed Habib, Saudi Arabia IMPACT Chair said, "Our donation fund was started just a year and a half ago and we have already made a significant contribution to our local community, and this is just the beginning. I am very proud of this accomplishment and look forward to being part of more fundraising and volunteer efforts with our group of young professionals in 2017."
