Fang spends a lot of time thinking about people.
She leads a team that tackles big challenges, from proprietary equipment design to manufacturing to field service, to create products and services that meet customer demands and stringent quality requirements.
And she works hard to ensure the team has the tools they need to get the job done because the solutions they deliver help produce food, clothing, housing and transportation that people rely on.
“People are the heart of everything we do at KBR,” Fang said. “I’m proud of the work my team does to design and create products that benefit people’s lives in so many different ways.”
A focus on people is also one of the things that resonates with Fang the most about KBR’s culture.
