Graduates and Students
Obtaining your degree is just the first of many exciting steps along your career path. At KBR, you'll use your recently acquired knowledge to strengthen your skills, gain new insights and enhance your capabilities.
As a team member with less than four years of experience, you'll join our Graduate Development Program. You'll be mentored by a senior professional, work in various departments throughout the company and receive assistance in achieving chartered status or other professional accreditation. You'll also receive technical and management training, participate in social activities with mentors, managers and other graduates, and be considered for overseas assignments to gain additional experience.
Young Professionals with four to seven years' experience will continue to receive career support and opportunities to network with peers throughout KBR and across your professional field.
