Infrastructure

KBR's Infrastructure business unit is a leading provider of engineering, construction and project management services, with a global reputation for reliability and technical excellence, and an unswerving commitment to workplace safety.

Created to strengthen KBR's position in the infrastructure sectors, the Infrastructure business unit provides global focus and leadership in three key markets - facilities (includes buildings, oil and gas, industrial, civil development, and specialist environment, planning and GIS services); transport (aviation, roads, rail, ports); and water.

Key KBR Infrastructure global projects include the world's largest marine causeway - the Qatar-Bahrain Causeway; The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai; the Yas Island Project, off the coast of Abu Dhabi; the award-winning Hegigio Gorge Bridge in Papua New Guinea; the Docklands Light Railway in London; and the 1420 km Alice Springs-Darwin railway in Australia.

As engineering designers, we are at the forefront of helping to improve the communities we serve, incorporating sustainability factors into planning, design and construction.

Our aim is to build a healthier and safer world-meeting the needs of today's communities in a way that considers the needs of tomorrow.
